Making A Purchase |

Orders can be placed securely on line, phoned, faxed, mailed or E-mailed. Please include phone numbers and address in case we have any questions. Orders will only be accepted from adults. When adults are making purchases for a minor, it is the adult's responsibility to determine that the ordered items are appropriate and that adequate education, training and supervision will be provided. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST. |

ALL AIR SHIPMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE 12 NOON CENTRAL TIME.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds For prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and call to obtain a return authorization number. If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions: -Return in original packaging -Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum. If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card. Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department at (877-542-5360).
